WHAT: Both the 5K and 10K races will begin in the parking lot at the Royal Gorge Park and make an “out and back” through the hills on the northeast side of the Park. Runners will race across the Bridge, 1000 feet above the Arkansas River, to the finish line on the south side of the Royal Gorge.

WHEN: Saturday, October 4, 2014. Race start is at 8:30 AM. Pickup race packets beginning at 7:15 AM.

WHERE: The Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, 12 miles west of Cañon City, Colorado.

This will be a fun, but challenging race, for all levels and ages. The race course is run through the beautiful rolling hills and trees on the north side of the Royal Gorge. You will have an exhilarating run which will inspire and rejuvenate you. This race will also benefit Starpoint – “Partnering with individuals, families, and the community, enriching lives … realizing dreams”. All proceeds from this race will go to Starpoint.
