About Us
Starpoint provides essential services to two vulnerable populations, children and their families and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. We have been providing services and support to individuals, families, and communities in Fremont, Chaffee, and Custer counties since 1977.
Serving adults with physical and intellectual disabilities
Individually tailored planning ensures that independent adults with developmental disabilities receive the services and support they need in order to make their own choices about where in their community they live and work.
Serving Children and their Families
Starpoint Children’s Services welcomes families with children prenatal through age 17. These services include SPIN Childcare and Preschool, Early Head Start, Early Intervention services, and Nurturing Parenting Program.
Supporting You and your essential needs
As of October 2024, Colorado has implemented conflict-free case management, and our case management services are now administered by Rocky Mountain Health Plans. For more details and to receive a referral for Starpoint adult services, please visit their website.
