Child Passenger Safety and Car Seat Program
Starpoint Children's Services offers car seats through the Early Head Start program. The program is limited in the number of car seats that are available for distribution. Eligibility criteria is used to determine who may be eligible based on income and family circumstances. Primary caregivers are eligible to submit an application for a car seat from 30 weeks gestation up until eight years of age. Please ensure that you fill out a separate application for each child that you need a car seat for.
