The challenging half marathon will be run on Sunday, October 6.  The 5k and 10k will be run on the same courses as previous years on Saturday, October 5.  The half will have the same start but will go across the bridge first and then on paved and gravel roads on the south side of the RGB&P.  There is also an option to run on Saturday as a prep for Sunday’s half.  Great t’s will again be part of the package and runner’s medals added to the half and “planks from the bridge” will again be awarded as well as cash prizes!  We have partnered with the Beulah  Challenge and are offering the Over It races on two consecutive weekends.

New this year for the Half Marathon will be FREE sport massages at the conclusion of the half by Student Massage Therapists from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs!
